We rented a house in a community called Riverwood in Clayton for a year with RiverWILD Real Estate. Our home was awesome, they even installed a fence which we paid monthly for.
Blake always made sure anything that needed to be fixed was done so in a timely matter. Connor was always available and friendly. Joan came on board after we were already renting and she was so friendly and quick to return our emails. As of right now our move out hasn’t been completed but I’m 100% sure she will not nickel and dime us like other property management companies. We’ve lived in 13 rentals and RiverWILD Real Estate is the only company I could honestly recommend.

Great experience with them since they took over MStreet. Joan has been phenomenal and quick with responses. We leased a housed with then which has been a great experience.

The new Parkview residential development in Clayton is a hidden treasure. My wife and I were looking to buy and found this place. From day one we have had no problems getting a new home built. Smooth sailing every step. I am an electrical contractor so I have been in thousands of developments. This is by far like nothing I have ever seen. After we moved in Meghan and the other office people were very quick to find answers to any question we may have had. We did find very small problems after moving in but Victor, the superintendant, was actually ringing out doorbell within minutes! Show me a builder who does this?
Bottom line.....amazing people. Amazing product. Of you are looking to move you better get here quick because these homes are selling faster than they can build them. The price is more than fair as well.

Don't normally post reviews, but I felt as though RiverWILD Real Estate was a significant part in selling my home. I was long distant from my home in Clayton, NC. I was able to work with Jaclyn and her team to prep the home, agree to a sells price, list, and sell the home quickly. The process was very spelled out and my expectations were exceeding as they did a great job keeping me fully informed. Highly recommend them if your thinking about selling your home!
